Christmas Crack

Ingredients

  • A box of saltines
  • 1 cup of brown sugar
  • 2 sticks of butter
  • Pink Himalayan sea salt (or generic salt)
  • 2 cups of semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 400F

2. Coat a cookie sheet or jelly roll pan with foil and nonstick spray or butter

3. Line cookie sheet with 24-30 saltines until the pan is covered

4. Get out a sauce pan and melt the butter and sugar together – stir the mixture frequently until the mixture starts to boil and thicken

5. Pour the brown sugar and butter mix over the saltines and spread the mix to even coat – put the pan in the oven and cook for 4-5min

6. While the crackers are baking, melt the chocolate chips by microwave in 30 second intervals until they are completely melted – make sure to stir the chips so the chocolate does not burn

7. Once the crackers are done baking, pour the melted chocolate over the top and spread even with a spatula to coat

8. Once they are coated evenly, sprinkle as much salt as you desire on the top – I usually try to use a tablespoon or more to get that salty sweet taste

9. Let the crackers cool overnight or for about 2-5 hours in the fridge

10. After they have completely harden, you will then crack the crackers into bite sized pieces and enjoy!

Cookies & Cream Fudge

Ingredients

  • 3 cups of sugar
  • 1 jar of marshmallow puff
  • 1 bag of Oreos
  • 1 5oz can of evaporated milk
  • 1 bag of milk chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cup of butter

Directions

1. Line a cookie sheet with nonstick parchment paper

2. Put the whole bag of Oreos in a bag or bowl and crush them up to make little pieces

3. Mix the butter, sugar, and evaporated milk in a sauce pan and stir together until the butter is melted

4. Once the butter is melted, continue stirring on medium heat until the mixture comes to a rolling boil

5. Continue to stir and keep on heat for at least 5 more minutes – this step if very important, if it doesn’t boil long enough your fudge will not harden

6. After boiling for 5 minutes, take off the heat and stir in whole jar of marshmallow fluff and white chocolate chips. Once those are mixed in add in a half of the crushed Oreos

7. Once that is thoroughly mixed together pour into the pan lined with foil, and spread it out evenly

8. Next pour the rest of the Oreos on top and press them into the fudge

9. Let the fudge harden overnight and cut into squares to enjoy

White Chocolate & Dried Cranberry Cookies

These cookies are so easy to make and delicious! I usually just grab a pack of sugar cookie mix at the store and add in my ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 1 pack of dry sugar cookie mix
  • 1 bag of dried cranberries
  • 1 bag of white chocolate chips

Directions

1. Prepare the sugar cookie mix as instructed on the bag

2. After all of the eggs, butter, mix are mixed together we will add the whole bag of dried cranberries

3. After those are fully incorporated, mix in the entire bag of white chocolate chips into the dough as well – it may seem like a lot of cranberries and chips but keep mixing

4. After they have baked, make sure they cool off a bit before putting them in any container – the secret to keeping cookies soft is putting them in an air locked bag or Tupperware
