Here’s a few things that can help you keep your New Years resolution going for longer than a month:
Remember your resolution is a lifestyle change, start off slowly and make it a habit. Whether you are trying to lose weight or be a more positive person, aim for little milestones and take it one day at a time. New Years resolutions do get broken, that doesn’t mean you should stop trying. Just because you ate one donut or had a terrible day does not mean your resolution is over. Breaking a bad habit or starting a good one takes a month, so don’t give up! Which leads me to my last tip, if you give it your all and really focus on slowly changing and keeping your resolution intact, there’s nothing you can’t do.
This year will be your year!
